Asia Alive, at DoubleTree Suites, to host Savouring Century of Flavours

With Hilton gearing up to ring in its centenary in May 2019, Asia Alive, at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore, will host a brunch - Savouring Century of Flavours. It will take place between 12:30pm and 4pm on three consecutive Sundays - May 26, June 2 and June 9.
The classic menu includes Chicken Saltimbocca, Mexican Gumbo Soup, Seafood Paella, Salt Grill – Corn-fed Chicken, Tenderloin Medallion, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Five-spiced Roast Duck with Tangerine, Eggs Benedict, Waldorf Salad, Baked Mushroom and Spinach and Meditation Eggplant.
The beverage menu comprises a few variants of Hilton’s signature Piña Colada (first created at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico). These include mango, strawberry, rose and pineapple.
The desserts include DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie, Red Velvet Cake, Walnut Brownie, Coffee Pannacotta, Baklawa, Chocolate Pastry and Wheat Payasam.
The brunch with soft beverages will be priced at Rs 1,299 plus taxes per person, and with alcoholic beverages, it will be priced at Rs 1,699 plus taxes per person.
