Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon appoints Chauhan as front office manager

fiogf49gjkf0d Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Vikram Singh Chauhan as the new front office manager for the hotel. Chauhan will be responsible for daily operations of the front office team and closely monitoring room inventory to ensure maximum profitability.
“I am delighted to have this opportunity to join Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon, as the front office manager and continue my long standing association with the Marriott Group,” states Chauhan. He is coming to the hotel from Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad where he was the assistant front office manager.
Commenting on the appointment, Kanika Hasrat, GM, Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, stated, “Vikram Singh Chauhan comes with rich experience in the operations department and has been successfully driving the rooms upsell revenue and guest delight in his previous role at Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad and Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre. Vikram’s expertise and experience will further strengthen our front office division.”
Chauhan holds a degree in hotel management from Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur, and has worked with hotels like Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad; Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel; Marriott Executive Apartments; Taj Lake Palace (Udaipur, Rajasthan); The Taj Falaknuma Palace Hyderabad; The Oberoi Udai Vilas (Udaipur, Rajasthan); Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, (Jodhpur, Rajasthan); and The Park Hyderabad.
