J’ardin, the new seasonal dessert by La Folie, is inspired by the flavours of the Parsian Tuileries, essences of the gardens of Versailles and the aromas of the southern French Riviera.
It is available at the three La Folie outlets in Mumbai (at Bandra, Kala Ghoda and Mahalaxmi) between 9am and 11pm.
The dessert, which contains eggs, dairy and sugar, is light and has fruity flavours and a delicate and elegant shape.
The fresh flavours of grapefruit and orange jasmine tea compote and the light Greek yoghurt mousse offer a nice acidity, and create a good sense of texture balance with the orange madeleine cake.
It is priced at Rs 240.
