Cornitos hosts eleventh essay of Taco Challenge at Thane’s Viviana Mall

Cornitos, the flagship brand of Green Dot Health Foods Ltd, hosted the eleventh edition of its Taco Challenge at Viviana Mall, Thane. It involved food enthusiasts and home cooks. The objective of the event was to popularise Mexican cuisine and healthy snacking.
Cornitos, in association with eventsjustabhi.com, organised the Mexican cuisine extravaganza, which witnessed participants decorate tacos with the toppings provided at the venue. Each participant was given a time of 30 minutes to prepare a taco platter of their choice using Cornitos products.
There were about 25 participants, who had to cook without fire. After the two rounds of the competition, three contestants - Amruta, Saira and Sankit - were declared winners. The recipes were judged by professional chefs on the bases of taste, creativity, preparation timing and presentation.
