Batlivala & Khanabhoy, Coimbatore’s all-day Parsi restaurant and café, has introduced a happy hour combination of a burger and a beverage, priced at Rs 327. It will be available between 3pm and 7pm between Tuesday and Sunday, but is only for those who dine in.
The menu comprises the following:
Burgers:
• Lagan Sara Istoo Pattice Burger:Root vegetable-stuffed pattice coated with semolina, deep-fried and fried aubergines
• Cheese Eeda Cutlet Burger:An heirloom cutlet dish made using boiled eggs, cheese, green chilies and coriander, held together in a creamy béchamel sauce
• Chicken Russian Pattice Burger:Tender pattice made with shredded chicken, potato and a herbed béchamel sauce
Specialty drinks:
• Parsi flavoured sodas:Raspberry, Jeera Masala Soda and Kala Khatta
• Milkshakes: Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana, Malai Kulfi and Custard Shake
• Floats: Ebony and Ivory, Orange and Cream and Creamy Butterscotch
