Wellness is a buzzword these days. Taking care of oneself is a top priority in one’s life but it’s not easy. People are overwhelmed with work, family and friends and other commitments that they completely forget about their life and neglect their health but in actuality an individual's personal wellness must be top priority in order to achieve one's major corporate goals.

That’s why it’s so important to develop a routine that keeps one healthy and energised to be able to take on any task. Prioritising health when one is busy involves weaving healthy habits into one’s day but when we are too tired we ignore all of it. Here comes supplements which provide nutrition required for one’s body. These supplements include oats, trail mixes of granola bars, green tea and olive oils.

Here are the four nutritional supplements for vitamins and other essentials for a healthy body:

Gaia: Launched in the year 2009 by cosmetic engineer and entrepreneur  Dolly Kumar, it is a health and wellness brand from the parent company Cosmic Nutracos Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The brand is one of the pioneers in the health and wellness industry in India and remains the only brand that has a complete range of health and wellness products, it is claimed. The world-class product quality combined with an honest approach to offering newer, innovative products has led to amazing growth to become a pan-India brand with its presence over 22,000 retail outlets, 500+ MT outlets and across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, FlipKart, PayTm Mall and 1mg.

Horlicks: It is a sweet malted milk hot drink developed by founders James and William Horlick. It was first sold as "Horlick's Infant and Invalids Food," soon adding "aged and travelers" to their label. In the early 20th century it was sold as a powdered meal replacement drink mix. It was then marketed as a nutritional supplement and manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (Consumer Healthcare) in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Jamaica. The brand came to India with the British Army; the end of World War I saw Indian soldiers of British Indian Army bringing it back with them as a dietary supplement. Punjab, Bengal and Madras Presidencies became early adopters of the brand and many well-to-do Indians took to drinking it as a family drink in early 1940s and 1950s. It became a sort of status symbol in upper middle class Indians and rich classes. The first flavour available in India, as in Britain, was malt.

Kelloggs: The Kellogg Company, doing business as Kellogg's, is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, United States. The company produces cereal and convenience foods, including crackers and toaster pastries and markets their products by several well-known brands including corn flakes, frosted flakes, Pringles, Eggo, and Cheez-It. The company's mission statement is "Nourishing families so they can flourish and thrive." The products are manufactured and marketed in over 180 countries. The company’s largest factory is at Trafford Park in Trafford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, which is also the location of its European headquarters. Other corporate office locations outside of Battle Creek include Chicago, Dublin, Shanghai, and Querétaro City. The company holds a Royal Warrant from Queen Elizabeth II and the Prince of Wales.

OZiva: It aims at solving the basic challenge faced by many people - the lack of nutrition. Irregular meals, consumption of fast food, life "on-the-go", stress, food adulteration and a plethora of other factors are now an integral part of the modern day lifestyle. The company brings in tailored solutions to help meet daily nutrition requirements- whether one wants to lose weight, gain muscle or are just looking to eat healthy. We have it all covered!
