The Resort, Mumbai, will host a Koli food festival on the four Saturdays in March 2020 (7, 14, 21 and 28).
A must-visit for seafood lovers, the delicacies on offer include Lobster Curry, Bharwa Pompret, Tawa Fried Surmai, Prawns Masala, Surmai Curry served with Sol Kadhi, Bhakri and Steamed Rice.
They will be curated by the fisherwomen belonging to the Koli community, who will use the traditional masalas and secret ingredients.
It will take place between 7:30 and 10:30pm.
