Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort and Convention Center embraces the new normal and welcomes back its patrons to the resort. Nestled on the scenic East Coast Road (ECR), the resort resumed operations from September 1, 2020, after a long break, due to the unprecedented outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
Adopting the initiative of ‘Commitment to Clean’, the resort offers guests the assurance and makes it convenient for them to check in and out through a mobile application, thus eliminating physical contact. Upon arriving at the resort, it is ensured that the guests have downloaded Arogya Setu Application, screened through thermal scanning and have easy access to hand sanitisers.
In accordance to the new normal, the resort has become well-equipped to offer services such as virtual tour of the property through video for bookings, QR code scan for sanitisation process and to check the menu, online payment option, room key sanitisation at reception desk, in-room dining and others.
