Rajbari Rasoi - Authentic Bengali Cuisine Restaurant, a specialty-themed Bengali restaurant in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala, has launched a menu to ring in Poush Sankaranti (as Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival, is called in West Bengal). It will be available from noon to midnight from Monday to Saturday.

It will comprise Bengali sweets like Nolen Gurer Payesh, doodh puli pithe and patishapta. Patishapta is one of the famous sweet dishes prepared with milk, gur, refined flour malpua, coconut and dry fruits and is served as a roll.

Apart from desserts, Chicken Khichuri and Mutton Khichuri are well- known cuisines on the occasion.

Priyadarshini Dey, the restaurant’s founder and owner, said, “A unique combination of fun food and fully-satisfying meals, which makes the restaurant appealing to all types of eating- out enthusiasts.”
