Infused With Love fest, with American cuisine, underway at Hard Rock Cafe

Infused With Love - the limited-time menu comprising American dishes, which is currently underway at Hard Rock Cafe outlets across six Indian cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune) - will conclude on October 28, 2018.

It comprises the following dishes:
Jim Beam Bourbon-glazed Baby Back Ribs:
Smoked and seasoned Baby Back Ribs are infused with a new American Bourbon and BBQ sauce and served with French fries, homemade coleslaw and classic mac and cheese

Sauza Tequila and Lime Fajitas (Veg and Non-veg): Marinated in tequila and lime, they are grilled and seasoned with Tex Mex-style spices and served with red peppers, a roasted corn salad, grilled jalapenos and onions

Tango Salsa Sliders: Three Smokey chipotle cottage cheese sliders, served with spicy bean mix, crispy green apple slice and tangy house-made salsa

Teacher’s Whiskey Bacon Jam Sliders: Three burger patties, topped with melted cheddar cheese and our homemade whiskey bacon jam and served on a toasted bun with seasoned French fries

Southern BBQ Sliders: Three pulled pork sliders with the house-made Bourbon BBQ sauce on a toasted bun over crisp apples, topped with cole slaw and served with seasoned French fries

Spirited Slider Sampler: Patrons can sample each of Hard Rock Cafe’s new sliders, one whiskey bacon jam burger slider and one Bourbon pulled pork slider, served with French fries

Grilled Salmon: Served on a bed of roasted garlic quinoa and rice with a black pepper crème fraiche and topped with gin-infused pickled cucumbers

“Hard Rock Cafe continues to serve fresh, authentic cuisine and our new, innovative creations cater to a variety of taste preferences,” said Cyrus Irani, chef and culinary director, Hard Rock Cafe India.

“The new festival goes beyond the conventional food and alcohol pairing and involves infusions in a never had before format. From the smoky flavours of our Jim Beam Bourbon-glazed Baby Back Ribs and the spicy flavours of our Sauza Tequila Lime Chicken Fajitas, to vegetarian options like Tango Salsa Sliders, Hard Rock’s new limited-time menu will have guests chanting for an encore,” he added.

Additionally, Hard Rock Cafe has new limited-time beverage menu items that are ready for the spotlight.

Created by top mixologists, guests can enjoy cocktails, such as the Jim Beam Bourbon Brownie Milkshake (a mix of Jim Beam bourbon, vanilla ice cream, salted caramel syrup and garnished with whipped cream, a brownie and caramel drizzle).

Or if more of a kick is desired, guests can also try the Rock House Punch (a mix of Cruzan White Rum, Myer’s Dark Rum, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, garnished with an orange wheel and an edible orchid), along with many other cocktail creations.
