The Shroom (Mushroom) Festival, underway at Out Of The Blue, will conclude on September 30, 2019.
The menu consists of a number of unconventional mushroom dishes such as Wild Mushroom Pot Pie with Creamy polenta, pink oyster, cremini and eryngii mushroom with a porcini chili cream; the Magic Mushroom Salad that blends Oyster and cremini mushrooms, green beans, kale, pickled onions, soy reduction, parmesan, sumac croutons, and the Mushroom Bag (a local burrata that brings out the best of cremini mushrooms in a flaky pastry and few more dishes to the mix).
Additionally, the restaurant is also serving Shroom Tea, which is a medley of a hot cup of mushroom broth.
