The Mango Fest - currently underway at Momo Cafe, Courtyard Marriott, Ahmedabad - will conclude on May 15, 2017.
Between 7pm and 11:30pm on all the days of the festival, a soup and salad menu comprising chilled mango and pineapple soup, Thai raw mango salad, kachi keri ka kachumber and mango tomato and red chilli salad will be on offer.
The starters include Mango cheese toast with raw mango salsa, nachos with Alphonso mango salsa and salmon and avocado tarters with mango. Desserts include mango ras malai, aam shrikhand, mango tarts, mango chocolate brownies and mango cheese cake.
The beverage menu will comprise Mango Frappe, Aam Ras, Mango Lassi, Keri Panna and Mango and Mint Smoothie. Children below five years can dine free of charge, while those upto ten years will be charged half the buffet price.
