Aam Fest 50 is underway at the Juhu outlet of Puranmal. The festival, which commences at noon each day, will conclude on May 15, 2017. The restaurant’s chefs have put together fifty recipes using the king of fruits, and India’s summer staple, as an ingredient.
These include Raw Mango Chaat, Corn and Raw Mango Salad, Raw Mango Chutney, Raw Mango Rice, Mango Smoothie, Mango Milk Shake, Mango Falooda, Mango Lassi, Mango Barfi, Mango Kulfi, Aamras, Mango Ice Cream, Mango Shrikhand, Aam Ka Panna and Raw Mango Dal.
