Sofitel Mumbai BKC bags two accolades at ’18 Travellers’ Choice Awards

Sofitel Mumbai BKC bagged awards in two prominent categories at the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards for hotels in 2018. The luxury property was among the Top 25 Hotels in India and the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in India.

The Travellers’ Choice award winners are chosen based on millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travellers worldwide. Since their inception 16 years ago, TripAdvisor has highlighted the top 8,095 properties in 94 countries and eight regions.

Sofitel Mumbai BKC is known for its bespoke luxury hospitality and unrivalled personalised service in the country. The opulent city hotel was ranked 13th out of the 25 chosen properties in the mentioned categories.

This year, the awards celebrated hotel winners in 10 categories, including Top Hotels Overall, Luxury, Bargain, Small, Best Service, Bed and Breakfasts (B&Bs) and Inns, Romance, Family, All-Inclusive, and Value for Money. The hallmarks of Travellers’ Choice Award-winning hotels are remarkable service, value and quality.
