Elanpro has launched Ice Fall Tower, an illuminated draft beer tower to manually dispense cold beer from the pre-chiller. It is aimed at helping bar and restaurant owners fill pitchers of the brew quickly on busy nights. It is a compact, energy-efficient and budget-friendly product with freeze tower solution. It is easy to maintain.
A glycol-less product, it has thermoelectric cells which help ice grow on the anodised aluminium plate of the tower, saving 40 per cent less energy than traditional systems. The cutting-edge design of the product enables creation of ice on the tower, which gives a frosted glass effect. This ice can be created every day within 20 minutes.
Designed to work in the harsh and humid conditions of India, the product is available in a one to six tap configuration.
