Kohinoor College’s 3rd-yr students to host Innovatia Indonesia on Feb 4

The T Y B Sc (HS) students of Kohinoor College of Hotel and Tourism Management Studies, Dadar, Mumbai, will host Innovatia Indonesia, an Indonesian food festival, on February 4, 2017.
Visitors will get an opportunity to sample over 60 dishes, prepared at the college’s kitchen, and mocktails. It is the first time the college will host an Indonesia-themed event.
It is an assignment under Event Planning, Marketing and Management, a subject that is a part of Mumbai University’s syllabus for Semester VI of the B Sc (HS) course. It will be attended by members of the country’s consulate in Mumbai.
Chef Kaviraj Khialani, head of academics and vice-principal, Kohinoor College, said, “Through this first-of-its-kind event at Kohinoor College, Dadar, we wish to groom hospitality management students in all aspects and avenues of the world of hospitality.”
