Flavour Diaries, in Khar West, Mumbai, will host a masterclass on soups and salads between 3pm and 6pm on August 14, 2019.
Be it a soup or a salad, the objective is to blend and balance the right flavours. For soups, the secret is in how to extract flavour from fresh vegetables, and for salads, it is imperative to strike the right balance of textures.
Attendees will learn how to prepare two seasonal soups and create two salads. Moreover, they will learn the tricks to perfecting and experimenting with salad dressings.
This is a vegetarian class and does not use eggs. It is suitable for all skill levels, including beginners.
It will be priced at Rs 4,000 plus taxes per person.
