Chef Patel to conduct chocolate workshop at The Classroom by La Folie

Chocolate lovers can learn the art of making milk, dark and white chocolate from chef Sanjana Patel, chocolatier, at The Classroom by La Folie between 11am and 4pm on October 11, 2019.
She will start with the basics (i.e., tempering of the three variants), and these will then be used to create different variants of chocolate with a festive twist.
Attendees will learn to make festive chocolate ganaches and pralines with Indian fusion flavours; healthy vegan chocolate bars; freeze-dried fruit-flavoured chocolate bonbons, chocolate truffle bliss balls with shelf life, and enrobed chocolate cookies and nut butter-based ganache.
It is ideal for home bakers and aspiring chocolatiers, who want to hone their skills, and learn to create fusion and experimental flavour combinations.
The class is priced at Rs 5,500 per person.
