Singapore
The global outbreak of COVID-19 and its ongoing impact on consumers, farmers and food supply chains is unprecedented and is creating uncertainty for people all around the world. Olam International is fully aware of its responsibility as a leading food and agricultural company, supplying vital staples, feed and fibre to emerging market consumers and food ingredients to all major global, regional and local brands.

It is collectively working around the clock to keep our people and facilities safe, while simultaneously focussing on maintaining supplies of rice, flour, edible nuts and oils, grains, dairy, cocoa, coffee, spices and herbs and packaged foods to its customers, so they will be able to continue to deliver their products to consumers around the world.

The company is working on a global scale with farmers, logistics providers, communities, local governments, health organisations, industry groups, and other partners beyond its capacity, to respond in an agile way to the challenges that we all face at this intense time.

It acknowledged and thanked the contribution of its frontline workers and those of its customers, who are critical to maintaining business continuity, and will continue to provide regular public updates on the status of its supply chain operations, mitigation plans and activities.

In the meantime, the company’s customers can contact their sales leads with any questions or concerns.
