Nutrition coaching brand Xtraliving ties up with Precision Nutrition

Xtraliving Pvt Ltd, one of India’s leading health and fitness brands, has tied up with Precision Nutrition, a leading nutrition certification player, to train fitness enthusiasts through their certification programmes and under the top fitness coaches in India. Xtraliving is a lifestyle- and habit-based nutrition coaching programme which focusses on sustainable results.

Health, being a major societal concern, led them to collaborate with the objective of training and educating people in health and fitness. This collaboration will also create job opportunities in the fitness industry.

With increasing health concerns, people looking for the right remedies for long-term results. They are beginning to realise that the right nutrition and exercise are the key to most of the lifestyle diseases. Medicines and supplements should be the last resort.

With growing awareness about the right solution among people, there is also an upsurge in the requirement of qualified professionals.

Hence, catering to the needs of both, Xtraliving and Precision Nutrition took the initiative to bridge the gap. They will make use of different online platforms like social media, videos, e-books and audiobooks to teach people and offer them world-renowned and recognised certification.

Personal interactions and seminars at colleges, pan-India, will also be used as a medium to get people registered for the programme. They expect to award 150-200 certifications by the end of December 2019 and 350-400 certifications by the first quarter of next year. Those who want these certifications need to pay only $999. Post-December, the cost of earning a certification will increase to $1,200.

The programme is unique because the focus is not just on giving diet charts, but they would work on improving habits and lifestyle too. Improving habits and lifestyle will help individuals get sustainable results.

The certification will help coaches with the right methodology to get to the root of the problem. They would also understand how to work with clients who have diverse issues, make small improvements in the client’s lifestyle and ensure that it is easier to implement.
Talking about the collaboration with Precision Nutrition, Rishikesh Kumar, founder, Xtraliving, said, “We are very proud and excited about this collaboration. In collaboration with Xtraliving, it will provide its global expertise to solve the major national concerns of lifestyle diseases like diabetes.
