Future Group & pastry chef Dhingra launch one-stop baking brand WhisQ

Future Group, which has pioneered modern retail in India, and pastry chef Pooja Dhingra launched WhisQ, the country’s first one-stop baking brand. It integrates German technology by leading manufacturer Fackelmann.
WhisQ has a range of baking pans in a variety of shapes to make tiered cakes, fairy cakes, muffins and tarts.
One can also introduce children to baking with a range of cookie-cutters and animal-shaped baking moulds.
WhisQ’s range also includes fondant rollers, fondant decorators, whisks, macaroon kits, moulds and measuring spoons.
“Indians are experimenting a lot with food, and baking is an important part of it. People of all ages are trying their hand at it, but are struggling to find the best-quality equipment,” said Avni Biyani, founder, WhisQ.
“We aim to close this gap for them with WhisQ. It will offer a wide range of baking products manufactured with the best German technology,” she added.
“The combination of our customer insights and Dhingra’s baking expertise makes WhisQ the best baking solution for the customers,” Biyani said.
“As a home baker, it gets really difficult to source the best tools and equipment for baking,” said Dhingra.
“With WhisQ, we aim to help them get the best technology, along with a range of baking equipment and ingredients. The products will take the experience of home baking to a higher level,” she added.
